Luis Angel is a South Florida native with parents from Mexico and Nicaragua. He is an earth angel, yoga instructor, sound healer and retreat host.

He believes we are here as a collective in this moment in time to expand through love, joy and beauty.

With a decade of practice and hundreds of hours teaching, Luis Angel honors the ancient practice of Union between Mind | Body | Soul.

His classes focus on tapping into the sacred energy within all of us with dynamic Vinyasa inspired movements, breath, joy, and a connection to Source.

Luis is honored and grateful to share his passion for yoga with others and support people living their best life through mindful movement, spiritual practices, and authentic living.
