Our goal is to present a practice that can be sustainable for life, and in order to ensure this, our bodies must adapt to these subtle changes. OUR CLASSES

  • A well rounded Vinyasa style flow that keeps you moving through the poses with a focus on movement with breath and proper alignment.

  • A cardio and weight based class that moves with alignment and intention. This class will strengthen various muscle groups which will enhance your overall strength and stability.

  • A guided meditation and breathwork class to calm and focus the mind.

  • Learn how to functionally work with the bodymind to maintain tensegrity that leads to overall strength and length. Emphasis is on holding poses longer. This practice will overall benefit and open your hips and thoracic, thus enhancing your ability to flow through poses in traditional Vinyasa classes.

  • A Vinyasa based class with a focus on functional movement. The class will target varying joints and muscle groups to improve mobility and strength.

  • A Vinyasa flow class with minimal instruction, allowing the seasoned practitioner to move and modify within their practice. This class allows for a deepening in a quiet practice and an emphasis in attention to breath.

  • A conscious Yin flow accompanied by the vibrational frequency of various sound healing instruments to lull you into a deeply restorative state before bed.
