Are the classes all levels? Our classes are challenging, yet all levels are welcome. Our instructors offer modifications and adjustments as needed.

Mats are available for $3 rental

We suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to class. This will provide enough time to check in, place your things into the designated area for belongings, set up your space, and maybe just enough time to connect with our amazing Gro community.

Yes, we do have a shower so you may freshen up before you leave if needed!

No, we have cubby hole storage outside the studio. We do not allow cell phones in the studio, so please leave your phone safely in your car.

Studio Policy
Please Arrive 10 Minutes prior to class
16 years or older to practice at Gro Yoga and Wellness. Clients 16-17 will require a signature from a parent or guardian in-studio.
Please be on your mat at the start of class
Cellphones are not permitted in the studio
Yoga Mats and Towels are available for rent
Our Studio only accepts credit/debit cards, we do not accept cash payments.
No Shows
If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will be deducted from your account.
Lost & Found
Gro Yoga and Wellness is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Late Policy
If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will not allow late entry to class
Cancellation
You must cancel your class 12 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account.
IIf you late-cancel less than 12 hours prior to class start time your class will not be returned to your account
Class Pack Extensions
We do not offer extensions on Single Classes or Class Packages
