An athletic powerhouse, has been teaching Yoga & Fitness for over 15 years. Her dynamic sequencing and instructional cues highlight her dance background and diverse trainings: 500hr E-RYT Yoga with James Kigar and Judy Weaver, Classical Pilates (mat, reformer, tower), & Barre Fitness.
Throughout her career, she has hosted many Yoga trainings, Arm balance & Inversion Workshops, and Worldwide Fitness Retreats. Prepare to Sweat & Listen to good music in her challenging & Upbeat Classes. She is inspired by teachers Dylan Werner and Josh Kramer.
