This workshop is all about the training necessary to build a solid handstand, a straight line and work towards progressions (shapes, press and different entires).
More than 80% of our time together we WILL NOT BE INVERTED but rather working all of the necessary components for a safe, strong, beautiful, consistent handstand.
We focus on mobility, strength, body awareness and endurance.
All levels benefit from this workshop whether you have:
A fear of inversions
An inconsistent kick up
A banana back handstand
A solid handstand but short holds
A beautiful handstand but you’re seeking a press
