CAit morris
Originally from South Carolina, Cait is a 500hr yoga instructor, group fitness instructor and a published author with her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Psychology. Cait creates a welcoming environment in her classes to empower and motivate students to step outside of their comfort zone. Her mission is to bridge the gap between spirituality and fitness. Cait is a yoga instructor for professional athletes and has taught a number of workshops on advanced asanas and trauma healing.
